Pathways devises and runs research, consultation and evaluation projects. We work to help people make shared decisions and build their common future.

We specialise in supporting people to participate creatively and powerfully in their communities. We support agencies to understand the issues they are addressing; listen to local people and their own staff; share decision making widely and to create projects that meet local needs.

Pathways was set up in 1998 by its directors May Molteno and Jane Whitaker.
