Jane Whitaker: Pathways
Director
Jane has a 10-year track record of delivering community-led environmental
projects and 6 years experience of strategic planning and policy formulation.
As such she is familiar with managing complex relationships in the voluntary,
public and private sectors at a senior level. Until 1997 Jane worked as
Programme Manager for Groundwork Macclesfield and Vale Royal responsible
for the direction of the Trust's work. She then became the Community Liaison
Manager for Red Rose Forest, before joining Pathways in 2000. |

May Molteno: Pathways
Director
With a First Class Honours Degree in Economics and Social Policy, May initially
worked as a researcher into urban and rural deprivation and the needs of
refugee communities. From 1994 she was coordinator of Vale Royal Environment
Network, which delivered quality of life projects. She left in 1998 to
set up Pathways. May is a highly experienced facilitator and leads on designing
Pathway's consultation and research projects. |

Martin Prowse: Researcher
Martin has worked with Pathways since 2001 undertaking participatory consultation
in local communities. He combines work for Pathways with a Phd in Development
Studies at the University of Manchester. |

Claire Rigby: Researcher
Claire has worked with Pathways since 2004, undertaking research and communication
work. She combines this with her training in Speech Therapy and as such
she has a special interest in health issues. |

Caroline Huyshe: Project
Worker
Caroline has worked for Pathways since 2001, in both the office and on
external projects. She is highly skilled at connecting with local people
and has a special interest in personal development work and conservation. |

Kate Goodacre: Project Worker
Kate has been working with Pathways on a regular basis since summer 2002, where she works both in the office and on some external project work. She is in the final year of a law degree at the University of Manchester, which she combines with work for the student newspaper and radio station. Kate has a keen interest in communicating with people in bold, memorable and exciting ways during consultation work. |

Matthew Priestley: Associate
Photographer
Matthew is one of the North West's finest documentary photographers. In addition
he has a background in social work, so is skilled at working with vulnerable
groups. He works for Pathways documenting our work and running community

Karen Turner: Associate
Photographer
As an ex-nurse, documentary photographer Karen finds that naturally her
work revolves around people, and her greatest sense of achievement comes
when documenting social issues. Karen has worked closely with Pathways

Associate Consultants
Pathways has a trusted team of Associate Consultants who can contribute
specific expertise to projects. Recently we have worked with Annie Harris,
a Social Work and Management Consultant; Bob Newcombe who specialises
in audits and finance work; Sarah Foster whose expertise is organisational
development and Beverly Taylor, a trainer and consultant with a special
interest in Board and Partnership development work. |
